We started out doing the jobs other crews found too small to bother with, and discovered that a leaking tap gets treated as seriously as a bathroom refit by almost nobody in this trade.
That's still the whole idea. A twenty-minute repair gets the quote, the summary, and the photographs that a four-week renovation gets, because the person paying for it deserves the same record either way.
