Submissions are reviewed by team members whose duties warrant access, and records link each query to its answer. Identification verification uses only the minimum identifying particulars.
Our use of your information
Your information serves specific operational aims: responding to your inquiry, preparing proposals if requested, and documenting correspondence for responsible business management. Upon engagement as a client, records support project execution, billing, and handoff processes. Form data is intentionally excluded from marketing circulation, advertising campaigns, analytical segmentation, or algorithmic determinations. Inquiries receive no scoring, no ranking priority, no insertion into engagement metrics. Messages following concluded exchanges shift to scheduled deletion protocols rather than indefinite retention.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is EEA-based, so your data ordinarily stays within the EEA and is not normally moved elsewhere. Where processors maintain external capacity beyond the EEA—such as backup or support systems—transfers operate strictly under Chapter V GDPR safeguards: a Commission adequacy determination, or standard contractual clauses accompanied by a comprehensive transfer impact assessment. Service changes enabling an unprotected international transfer are simply not implemented; form submission alone does not authorise transfer, and none rests on consent by itself.
Who has access to your data
We do not monetise, rent, or disclose your information to marketing entities. Data is shared only with infrastructure operators: the hosting provider maintaining the website and database, and the email service handling messages to info@ablonstudio.co.uk. These processors operate under GDPR-binding contracts, restricted to specified use, and required to maintain security measures. Bank and tax authorities receive payment data only upon invoice and legal requirement. All processor access is strictly limited to functional necessity, reviewed annually.
How we protect your data
HTTPS encryption protects all site traffic; form data is encrypted during transmission and once stored in the database. Access control restricts enquiries to the small number of authorised staff who answer them, with personal authentication, robust credentials, and a logged trail of access. What information we collect

Form design ensures complete openness; no hidden fields or covert data capture mechanisms exist. Our technical security logs are maintained separately and contain only essential operational details: IP address, the precise timestamp of your submission, and your browser type information. We categorically do not engage in purchasing commercial databases, merging data with external sources, or making inferences about your interests or income. Email attachments you send in reply are managed according to the same rules and receive equivalent protection.
Processing authority
Two GDPR grounds legitimise processing. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR permits processing form submissions based on your consent: you provide data deliberately and solely to receive an answer, and this consent is revocable at any time by writing to info@ablonstudio.co.uk. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR permits processing messages involving existing professional relationships or legal documentation requirements: our legitimate interests in professional response and record defensibility justify processing on this separate basis. Consent withdrawal ends all further processing that relies on it; legally-mandated records remain restricted to storage rather than erased.
Your data subject rights
Articles 15 to 22 GDPR provide your data protection rights. You may access stored information, correct factual errors, and seek deletion where legal grounds for processing expire. You may pause processing to resolve accuracy disputes, receive submitted data in transferable electronic format, and reject processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to info@ablonstudio.co.uk using clear language; formal documents are unnecessary. A one-month response timeline applies, extensible by two months for complicated cases with prior notice of extension. Refusals include detailed explanations.
Storage duration
Unsuccessful inquiries delete twelve months from the final message, allowing enough time to recognise repeat contacts without permanent filing. Engagement records remain six years from closeout, aligned with the commercial and accounting standard limitation periods that ordinarily apply. Consent statements and analytics data, where analytics have been accepted, are kept twelve months before automatic removal. Legal holds, unresolved complaints, and pending data requests prevent standard deletion entirely; affected data transitions to restricted storage until resolved, after which normal timelines resume and run their course.
Escalation rights
You may file complaints with a supervisory authority about how your data has been handled, in your EU state of habitual residence or wherever the alleged breach occurred. ICO is our competent authority for these matters, operating a free, independent complaints procedure that charges no fee. Supervisory contact does not require prior notice to us, preserves every other legal remedy available to you, and creates no disadvantage in any ongoing exchange. We nevertheless ask you to contact info@ablonstudio.co.uk initially as well, because most concerns resolve directly and quickly once we understand what happened.
